What we keep
Your name, username, email address, and the orders, messages, reviews, and files you add. Sellers also share portfolio links when they apply.
Payments
Card payments and seller payouts are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or bank details.
Who can see what
Your profile, reviews, and public characters are visible to everyone. Order chats and files are only visible to you, the seller’s team, and our staff when they review a dispute.
Your choices
You can update your details or delete your account from your settings at any time.
